24 year old female that suffered from chronic back, neck, shoulder pain secondary to her enlarged breasts. Additionally the size of her breast made it difficult for her to exercise and buy "normal" clothing. After her reduction her symptoms resolved, she was able to "normal clothing" and she was happy with her outcome.
