Neuromodulators
BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines, crow’s feet lines, and forehead lines in adults. BOTOX® Cosmetic is the first and only FDA-approved treatment to improve severe forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet. It works beneath the surface to temporarily reduce the underlying muscle activity that causes moderate to severe wrinkles creating a visibly smoother and refreshed look.
The treatment is quick and easy to fit into a busy schedule. You may begin to notice results within 24 to 48 hours, with full results in 15 days lasting up to six months.
BOTOX® Cosmetic is not a permanent treatment and it may require two to three treatments per year to maintain your desired look. Dr. Chattar-Cora will discuss your treatment goals with you and perform a facial analysis to determine the appropriate treatment areas for you.
Dysport®(abobotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription injection for temporary improvement in the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in adults. Dysport® provides temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines by resulting in natural looking, fast acting, and long-lasting youthful appearing results.
Dysport® delivers beautiful results in as little as 24 hours after treatment with results typically appearing within 2-3 days and lasting up to 5 months.
Although office visit times vary, the treatment is quick and easy to fit into a busy schedule. The procedure generally takes 10-20 minutes. Dr. Chattar-Cora will determine the exact placement of each injection for the best results.

- Hypersensitivity to any botulinum toxin product or excipients
- Allergy to cow’s milk protein
- Infection at the proposed injection site(s)
Dermal Fillers: are made of hyaluronic acid, which is a natural substance found in skin. It is a smooth clear gel that is administered non surgically in clinic with minimal downtime. After injection the gel will attract water to maintain the results which can last up to one-two years. Common areas treated are the area under the lower eyelid, cheeks, smile lines located next to the nose, lips, and back of the hand.
Juvederm® Collection of fillers is a group of hyaluronic acid-based fillers each adding volume to a different area of the face—without surgery. All JUVÉDERM® fillers are smooth, crystal-clear gels that are administered by injection only by Dr. Chattar-Cora.
The JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers is made from hyaluronic acid (HA). HA is a natural substance in the skin that delivers nutrients, helping the skin retain moisture and softness. Each product in the JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers is made from a modified form of HA.
Dr. Chattar-Cora will take your medical history and provide a facial analysis. Be prepared to discuss your aesthetic areas of concern. This is not a surgical treatment. Actual treatment with JUVÉDERM® injectable gels can take as little as 15 minutes, depending on which areas of your face is being treated.
JUVÉDERM® injectable gels labeled with “XC” contain pain-reducing lidocaine to help manage pain or discomfort during the injection. You may also ask your aesthetic healthcare provider about a topical numbing cream or ice to help further minimize discomfort.
You will see results immediately/instantly. Results may last one year to two years, with optimal treatment and depending on the formula used and the area treated. Treatment with JUVÉDERM® fillers is not permanent.

Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a method of exfoliation that uses a medical grade scalpel to gently scrape off the top layer of dulling, dead skin cells to reveal a smoother, brighter more youthful complexion.
It removes all the dead skin cells and facial hair, allowing for greater absorption of skincare products and creates a beautiful and flawless canvas for makeup.
Recommended for all skin types except those with active acne breakouts.
Microneedling with SkinPen®
SkinPen® is the first FDA-cleared microneedling device. It delivers great results in treating acne scars and aging skin. Areas that are commonly treated include the face, neck, hands, chest and or back. SkinPen® creates millions of microchannels in the skin, this stimulates the production of collagen and elastin and encourages the release of growth factors that recruit and increase reparative cells. The result is a cascade of healing processes that can continue months after the initial treatment.
Treatment with the SkinPen® last approximately 30-60 minutes depending on whether an anesthetic is used prior to treatment. After the treatment, your skin may appear slightly pink to red, similar to a sunburn, this is normal and should subside within 24 to 72 hours.
Some people see rejuvenated skin after just one treatment, and results may continue for three to six months following your last treatment. This can be combined with platelet rich plasma (PRP) or platelet rich fibrin matrix (PRFM).
PRP and PRFM
Platelet-rich plasma, or PRP, is a regenerative therapy that utilizes the patient’s blood to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes.
The blood is drawn and processed to isolate a concentrated solution of platelets and growth factors, which are then reintroduced into the treated areas.
These platelets and growth factors work to encourage tissue repair, collagen production, and overall rejuvenation.
Common uses of PRP and PRFM include.
- Facial Rejuvenation: PRP/PRFM injections have become popular for individuals seeking a non-surgical option for facial rejuvenation. The growth factors and platelets in PRP stimulate collagen and elastin production.. This leads to improved skin texture, reducing fine lines, and a youthful glow.

PRP/PRFM treatments are minimally invasive, have little to no downtime. Patients can usually resume their daily activities shortly after the procedure.
Hair Maintenance/Restoration Treatment
This treatment utilizes PRP/PRFM injections directly into the scalp for those dealing with hair thinning or hair loss. When injected into the scalp, PRP promotes hair follicle health and stimulates hair growth, making it a sought-after treatment for both men and women.
Chemical Peels
We offer several options for chemical peels depending on the skin type and skin concern. Dr. Chattar-Cora, along with our medical esthetician will determine the right treatment plan and chemical peel for you.
- Glycolic Acid: Derived synthetically or found naturally in sugar cane, beetroot, grapes and other fruit, this alpha hydroxy acid helps facilitate the skin’s natural exfoliation and minimizes the build-up of dead cells to improve the appearance of the skin’s tone and texture resulting in a beautiful glow.
- Retinol: A form of vitamin A (retinoic acid) that is clinically proven to help improve the appearance of aging skin, retinol has been shown to help improve uneven skin tone, minimize acne, promote cell turnover, and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
- Salicylic Acid: Often used as a key ingredient in topical acene products, this beta hydroxy acid is extracted from the bark of willow trees, or made synthetically. Salicylic Acid exfoliates the skin, refines pores, and reduces the formation of acne.
- Trichloroacetic Acid: Often used to exfoliate dead, dry skin cells, and improve the signs of advance signs of aging. With continued used, it diminishes the appearance of advance fine lines and wrinkles, fades stubborn discoloration and hyperpigmentation.
