A 20 year old female was suffering from shoulder pain and back pain with irritation underneath her breasts. Because of the size of her breasts while in middle school and high school she was made fun of. The patient underwent a breast reduction with improvement in her emotional and physical symptoms. She is shown 3 months after her procedure.
