A 47-year-old female wanted to improve the appearance of her abdomen, hips/waist, and back areas. Additionally, she wished to enhance the appearance of her buttocks while maintaining a look that was proportional to her frame.

Liposuction was performed on her abdomen, hips/waist, and back regions. The harvested fat was then processed and transferred to her buttocks to augment and provide better definition to the gluteal region. She is shown eight years after her surgery.
