39 year old that had excess lower abdominal skin  that  led to repeated episodes of irritation and infection under the skin fold.  She had tried various treatments that were unsuccessful in treating her problems.  After undergoing a panniculectomy her symptoms and problems resolved and her self confidence improved. She is shown three months after her surgery.  Over time the scars will lighten and become less noticeable.
