44 year old that underwent weight loss surgery and was able to shed over 170 pounds.  Because of the redundant abdominal skin present  in both the vertical and horizontal directions she chose to undergo a Fleur de Lis panniculectomy. She is shown three months after her surgery. She was excited with her outcome. Over time the scars continued to fade an look better.
