54 year old who wanted to improve the appearance of her abdominal region; specifically the asymmetry of the areas below her belly button, lack of curved flanks, and pooching of the central portion of her abdomen. She wanted to maintain a natural appearance that was consistent with her age.

She underwent an abdominoplasty with removal of the loose skin below the belly button and tightening of the abdominal muscles. The patient is shown two months post-procedure. over time the scars will fade and flatten out.
