44 year old that was unhappy with the flaccidity of her breasts and lack of upper pole fullness.  The patient did not want to have the typical scars associated with a breast lift, and thus chose to have a breast augmentation. She was 5'1" 166lbs.  After evaluation and reviewing her options, she chose to have a breast augmentation with cohesive 545cc gel silicone implants. She is shown ten weeks after her procedures.
