Thirty-six year old female that suffered from long term shoulder, neck, and back pain and irritation underneath her breast folds. Over time all of these were getting worse . She was unable to buy a brassiere that fit her and she was unable to exercise or lose weight. The patient underwent a breast reduction with improvement in her symptoms and she is satisfied with her outcome.
