20 year old female that has been having worsening back and shoulder pain with irritation under her breasts. Unfortunately no treatments were helping. She underwent a breast reduction with immediate improvement in her concerns. She is shown six weeks after surgery and was happy with her outcome. Over time the scars will lighten up.
