63 year old who had undergone a simultaneous breast augmentation and breast lift using saline implants.That operation was performed twenty-two years previously using two different size implants. Unfortunately her left implant ruptured and she was concerned about the size difference between her breasts. Her implants were replaced with saline implants; 520cc were placed on the right side, and 420cc were placed on the left. She is shown five months after her surgery. Although a simultaneous lift was suggested but not performed, she was satisfied with her appearance.
