The 43 female initially weighed a maximum of 500 pounds. After undergoing weight loss surgery, her weight stabilized at 260 pounds. She was bothered by the excess skin from her breast bone down to her pubic area, as well as the width of this abdominal apron.

She elected to have a Fleur de Lis panniculectomy and the attached image shows her results three months following the procedure. While her scars are still in the healing process, and their color will continue to fade over the coming months, she is pleased with her outcome and is considering addressing other areas of her body in the future.
