52 year old that lost more than 150 pounds after weight loss surgery. Her overall health improved but she was left with loose skin that was causing irritation underneath her skin folds, lower back pain, and making it difficult to wear clothing. Because of loose skin in both the vertical and transverse direction the patient chose to have a Fleur de lis abdominal panniculectomy. She is shown six months after her surgery and she is very happy with her outcome.
