Patient Information

59 year old patient had undergone weight loss surgery and lost over 100 pounds. Unfortunately, she experienced irritation underneath the skin folds. Given the scars present on the abdominal region, a fleur de lis approach was suggested to address the loose skin in both the vertical (head to toe direction) and the horizontal (left to right  direction). She is shown after losing an additional 30 pounds and six years after her panniculectomy. She is happy with her outcome.
