Very healthy 84 year old that for many years had issues with back and shoulder pain with constant irritation underneath her breast folds.  For many years she felt that she was "too old for a breast reduction". We listened to her expectations and examined her.  Since she was a healthy patient she underwent a breast reduction without any complications.  After surgery her symptoms resolved and she was very happy with the improvement in the quality of her life.  She is shown six weeks after her surgery.
