55 year old that  requested improvement in the appearance of her lower eyelids.  People frequently commented that she appeared tired even though she was not.  She elected to undergo lower lid trans-conjuctival blepharoplasty. Six weeks after her procedure she was happy because her outside appearance reflect her inner feelings.
