Patient Information

67 year old female previously had upper eyelid surgery to help with her vision and appearance. She wanted to look more refreshed and  felt that her lower eyelids were puffy and she had extra skin on her upper eyelids. She underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty, with skin and fat removal; while on the lower eyelids a transconjunctival incision (inside eyelid scar) was used to remove the fat that was causing puffiness.  She is shown 18 months after her surgery looking more refreshed with less puffiness.
