42 year-old female concerned with the subtle fullness present on her lower eyelids. She underwent a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty (incision on the inside of the eyelid); Since skin laxity was not an issue, skin removal was not required. She is shown six weeks after surgery.
