78 year old male with history of basal cell cancer of the nose. Patient requested the quickest and least risky surgical procedure for wound closure. After complete removal of the cancer the wound was closed with a skin graft, the patient was happy with the outcome.

  
  
  


98 year old with skin lesion suspicious for cancer. An biopsy was done, the wound was closed and she has done well.
