48 year old female who previously underwent weight loss surgery. As she lost weight she developed irritation and skin breakdown underneath the skin fold of her lower abdominal area. Multiple treatments were used without success. Unfortunately when she relocated from the Northeastern United States to the South Central United States she noticed her symptoms worsened as a result of the warm weather in her new home. She underwent a panniculectomy and her symptoms completely resolved. She is shown two months after her procedure. There is some swelling, which will continue to improve, and she was happy with her outcome.
