45 year old female 5\'9\' 165lbs that had previously undergone breast augmentation with a lift and then subsequent removal of her implants leaving breast deflated. She was unhappy with the laxity of her breast and lack of volume in the upper pole of her breast. She underwent augmentation mastopexy with saline implants 270-300 cc inflated to 330 cc each side. She is shown two months after her surgery and she was happy with her outcome.

  
  
  


54 year old that had previously had a simultaneous placement of breast implants with a breast lift as well as a tummy tuck. Over time she was not pleased with the shape and perkiness of her breasts. Using her previous scars her implants were replaced with a smaller implant and a breast lift was done. Eight months after surgery she was happy with her outcome. Of note liposuction was done on her abdomen and back.

  
  
  


51 year old that sixteen years previously had undergone breast lift with simultaneous placement of 325cc silicone gel breast implants. Over time she lost skin elasticity and requested replacement of her implants with another breast lift.  Using the previous incisions, the scar tissue (breast capsule) around the old implant was removed, new saline implants were placed and a lift was done.  The patient is shown three months after her surgery.
